Alright!! Done with Day 7. I'm not out of the woods yet, but I'm over a massive hump. I got a week under my belt, and I'm moving forward, gaining traction and momentum. Day 8 here we go!
 
Forgot to update yesterday, so today is Day 6, early as hell because I'm having trouble sleeping. I usually get up early but this is too early for me the last few days... hopefully I can fix that soon.
Doing alright on the NoFap front, yesterday was difficult for awhile, but I got through it.
Be cautious! Day 7 is one of the most difficult. Prepare ahead of time. Be busy, get out of the house, sleep through it, those are all effective.

Day 7 is here. I got my gym pass, went yesterday for the first time in a long time and damn it was good. The soreness is so gooood. I'll be going again this morning.
Yesterday I ended up fighting off urges easily, so let's do that again! Screw off temptations!!
