I Relapsed yesterday but i am not mad about it. I think have made progress, as this is the first time i go a full week without pmo in 2021. I noticed some of the wrong things I did in this week and I am working on avoiding and learning from my mistakes. One of the mistakes is that I did not stick to a rigid plan even though I had one. I did not stick to my program. I found myself hopelessly staring at my computer on multiple occasions and this did not help. I also did not keep myself busy and this allowed me to get sexual thoughts all the time. I will work on keeping busy this time and I will make sure I stick to my plan. I am not going to thin k about the relapse because its going to do me no good. I will get back on track immediately. One of the main mistakes I think I made was to think about nofap all the time and all I was thinking about is how nofap will make me better with girls. Fuck this shit. I am doing semen retention for myself, not for anyone else. I will focus on constantly improving my self. And i will only make decisions that will suit my longterm goals. I will focus on sticking to new habits rather than focusing on how to get rid of the hold habits. I am not going to think about girls (even though its only natural) i want to be selfish in that regard. I will focus on myself only. I want to finally be A MAN. I will stopping putting so much effort into nofap. I will put all that effort into developping new sustainable patterns that are in line with my desired future.

there is a website called habitica that i think makes nofap more fun and more exciting. It makes people more productive and it turns nofap into a game. I just found out about it I signed up and learned about it. Sign up if you want. If you don't mind doing it, send me your username I can add you on there. After having signed up, go to GUILDS and search for the "Porn-Free and Nofap Support Guild Lobby" and join it. On the guild chat, you will immediately receive an invitation to enter "Porn-Free Support Guild" then join it. This is like an accountability group. You can also join a party that makes sure you will hit your goals. I joined the party KNIGHTS OF HABITLAND an basically parties are just extra motivation for you to achieve your goals. As a party there are quests which are completed by all members of a party completing their personal goals and tasks in the TASKS page. In the TASKS page, you have 4 categories, Habits, Dailies, To Do's, and Rewards. The Habits are second-priority habits that are good to do but you are not strictly following. Habits can be both positive and negative at the same time (+/-), only positive, or only negative. Completing Habits give you gold points and experience points ( you level up after reaching a certain amount of experience points). Since habits are not to be strictly followed and are second priority to Dailies, you do not lose health for not completing positive habits. However, if you push the (-) button for a negative habit or a habit that is both positive and negative at the same time, you do lose health as you are completing a habit that is negative. Dailies are very important as they are things that you SHOULD be doing everyday. Keep the dailies section simple and do not make it complex because it will be too hard for you and you want to keep a realistic and identifiable goal. I have 4 Dailies (one of them only repeats on saturdays) one of them is NOPMO today, and the other 2 are reading and studying, but I noted the reading as TOP PRIORITY. Since dailies are so important, not completing them costs you a lot of health. However, completing them gets you a lot of gold and experience depending on difficulty. There is aslo the To Do's section which is about things that you do once or achieve on time only, so its not something that repeats itself everyday. To Do's are milestones, and you have a due date for each one. There are aslo different difficulty levels that you can set for To Do's; the most difficult one gets you the most gold and experience. Do not abuse the To Do's section because it can to some extent give you an incentive to put off To Do's for later to get bigger rewards since you get more rewards the redder the To Do is and closer it is to the deadline. Finally, you have the rewards section, which consists of in-game rewards and custom rewards. The custom rewards can be anything you want and you can set the cost in gold for each one. The point is that you can reward yourself for accomplishing your goals. Remember, anything you list as a reward SHOULD NOT be done without having payed for it using your hard work. Hey guys, I'm on day zero and need help. It feels awful admitting that, but it's the truth.
I've been going on 45-55 day streaks several times this and last year but keep slipping up.
In my next approach, I'd like to focus entirely on positive energy, goals, and social accountability.
