Acne and PMO

    Well guys I did a little experimenting with myself. Before the 7 days no PMO challenge I had some fat cysts on my chin/face from time to time. Honestly I gotta say I was not that big of a masturbator myself as I only masturbated 4 or 5 times a week since the age of 15. After the challenge it went away completely, and felt better than before. So as the experiment goes on, I relapsed after the challenge and guess what, yep i got 2 cysts on my face, and felt like shit. I promised myself I'll never do PMO again.
