All I gotta say is on day 1 I was breaking out like crazy and on day 4 right now, my face is totally recovered and I have no doubts that it is directly connected to PMO. Being acne free is reason enough for me to quit. Anybody else have similar experiences?
PMO definitely messes with your acne if you're a teenager. I had a suspicion there was a correlation back when I was about 14. I've finally made it far enough to testify. "Experts" will say there's no relation between PMO and acne. Ignore them and carry on.
