Hello everyone I hope you enjoy your New Years holiday! What activities you do when your new to Nofap and want to quit the porn addiction and masturbation addiction?

Who is with me trying to stay away from porn and masturbating addiction since it’s 2021 and want to quit this year if your struggling due to a relapse or couldn’t stop watching porn videos and porn webcams?

Who told you that you are alone or you dont have anyone to go with. We all are with you. If you need any help just DM me or other people.you will definitely get help.we always seek for people to help other to beat addiction.
 
You know, there are four primary chemicals in the brain that effect happiness: dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins.. we got dopamine from PMO so you need to change the way you get dopamine.. Ill share this picture so you can know the ways to get these chemicals..Happiness-Chemicals-and-how-to-hack-them.jpg
If you mix these activities then you gonna get a hype of happines and get away from PMO I hope..
I do cardio, body weights while listening my fav playlist and I got soooo high!
