addicted to fapping

If talking helps in getting distracted from masturbation, then whom would you prefer talking to?

    hlo everyone,

this a 22 year old nerd, addicted to masturbating almost once a day...
heard about this community from a friend alongwith whom I have registered...
the journeys of different personalities with relation to nofap sounded appealing to me..
so I wished to join this amazing community to get rid of fapping with a great sense of determination for days to come..

I first masturbated when I was 14.. then it went on thrice a week and at some point when I was 18, I realised that I was masturbating a lot at 2 times a day.. I felt very weak and my hairfall issue worsened and I couldn't concentrate on important things and my memory power began to fall drastically too.
after so much of oaths against masturbating I realised that this is not a piece of cake and thus needed help and discovering such a selphelp community out there has made my resolution boosted.....
best wishes everyone out here... and let's make this a community like never before...
