Addicted to NoFap?

I used to be addicted to visiting nofap forums and the like just to learn more about what is going on. After that, everything is just more of the same, so not so addicted anymore. I wish I can get addicted to actually DOING nofap for a year then stop being addicted to abstaining :/

I spend probably too much time on here when I certainly should be doing something, but as long as it helps me I don't see a huge issue with it. I just have to learn control and discipline better. lol
