Addicted to porn but also......

    2. Chat apps
    3. Dating apps
    4. Sitting aimlessly in front of my laptop and..
    5. Googling pictures of hot women
    6. Tumblr to look at women
    7. Surfing YouTube for hot women
    8. Personals
    9. Escort Websites.
    So none of these things are technically porn but after 10 years of trying to quit and 24 years of addiction since 12.

    I realise now I can't view any of these ever. Each one of them is like a tiny bit of Heroin.. With porn being the big final dose.

    After trying to quit for 10 years. Instead of just avoiding porn I'm avoiding all the shit above too and I kind of feel free if even for a few days.

    That stuff is the same thing man. It's a way to tempt you in order to get you going. I used to look at stuff like that as a "warmup" before I went on to porn. It's just as unhealthy a habit.

    Yes, I think you're on the right track, bro.
    All of these things are addicting, social media is designed to suck us in and trap us permanently, it's how they grow rich while bleeding the life out of us.
    This is a difficult path we've chosen, a path to freedom isn't easy but it's worth the effort in the end.
    These websites you've been visiting ALL lead to the same place, you're aware of this now, good for you and your decision to take a new path!
