I've slipped back into old routines countless times--returning to my trusty, always there escape hatch of porn (distraction, chemical flood, etc). It was only until I realized that it's not what I'm "not trying to do" that should be the focus; it's what "I'm trying to do" that I should focus on--new hobbies, new connections, establishing a routine of exercise, etc. I'm still not who or where I want to be, but I'm far closer.
