ADHD and NoFap?

Hi there guys! So I've been on and off NoFap for a few years with little success until very recently. I have been perusing the benifits and it seems like if you actually do nofap then it is supposedly supposed to help out with focus in social sitsuations, as well as work sitsuations. I'd like to know if this is true. I have a hard time focusing on my tasks at work and find it quite irritating when I have to listen to one person in a room full of people because I feel like I am overloaded. In my childhood I remember being extremely high in trait industriousness and I was always on topic and focused when I was a young boy. I haven't been diagnosed with ADHD or anything, and as far as I can tell, I'm just a normal dude who has got a brain recovering from years of pmo. Any advice or feedback would be appreciated.

I've been diagnosed with ADHD and what it basically is is a dopamine deficiency. People with ADHD will try to compensate their lack of dopamine through either smoking, weed, porn, drugs, alcohol, gaming, bad food etc.
When someone with ADHD starts doing nofap and start to better themselves on all aspects, they will get a massive dopamine deficiency and will start feeling depressed, anxious, fuckton of energy, emotional whatever. However, the benefits overrule the negatives as when I started going towards day 40 and beyond and therefore started to 'heal' myself; I stopped caring about women, sex, masturbation etc and I would feel my dopamine levels were getting normal again. You feel like a human being with more focus towards other things.

Reason for the increased focus is because someone with ADHD only wants to listen to things they are interested in. Once someone talks about something you do not care about, you can't listen. Especially in group settings. But because you killed your main dopamine addiction (porn, games etc) you are starting to get more interested in different things. So you might even start becoming interested in conversations at work about whatever, because your life became essentially a bit ''boring'' even though I don't want to say boring, because the benefits of nofap are insane and you are a 100 times better human being by abstaining from any self-destructing addiction and 'normal' things just became more interesting to you ;)

Hope it makes sense, this is my personal research and opinion. There's different forms of ADHD but it all quite similar.
