    Hey all, I found nofap while I was searching for information on porn addiction. Recently i have been trying to improve myself and have been going to therapy and eating right and such. However, my masturbation habits and porn addiction has gotten out of control and it feels in some ways that it dominates my life. But I am dedicated to getting better and I am glad there is a community here to help.
