(Mods please move if the topic isn't right for this board.) From what I've read about the symptoms, and personal experience, I have to think it's real but others poo-poo it. I have also seen it associated with exercising too frequently and/or strenuously. So it seems to me if you are into PMO but also working out a lot, you are at high risk... assuming it's a real thing. Thoughts or experiences to share?
