If it's a turn on then definitely no atleast during the periods when you do NoFap or else there is no point in doing NoFap. This will definitely lead to a PMO session better to stay away from such things.
I personally consider adult manga to be pornographic and would refrain from viewing it. I would suggest abstaining from any material of a sexual nature. It is ultimately your decision though.

If you mean manga with explicit sexual content for the sake of the story, then you better don't do it. If you want some good manga for adults with no sexual content, I recomend Monster, 20th Century Boys and Trigun.
