Advice from something I did that could effect my relationship

Hi there, I need some advice on something bad I did last year. I tried to quit my masturbation by going on backpage and sleeping with an escort. It was all protected sex which was a good thing. After that, I continued sleeping with escorts. After that, it became an addiction/habbit. I would continue to waste a couple hundred dollars that I worked so hard for on escorts, that gave me temporary pleasure. I stopped getting escorts last November or December, can't remember the exact month. Then, I somehow found a way to get an escort again this month.

Just to let you know, I never lost my virginity to an escort, I lost it two and a half years ago on a girl I met in high school. We were friends ever since freshman year. An had my first date with her. It didn't work out between us. I have an addiction to masturbation since March 06, and wanted to quit badly.

I want to know will this effect my relationship with girls if I ever wanted to talk about this to her, or if she asks me if I'm a virgin. I know I made a terrible mistake, and I regret it dearly. Any advice? I turned to this site because I don't feel comfortable talking to this to anyone
