Firstly, congratulations on 48 days! That is an amazing achievement and you should be proud of yourself!
I would say just try to feel confident because you have obviously been successful in not allowing PMO thoughts to get the better of you.
If you have a real connection with your partner, that should get you off and you should have nothing to worry about!

Thanks Joe!Maybe try mindfulness meditation? It's all about being 'in the moment'. I think (from experience) the whole performance anxiety thing is like "well this is ok, but what if…" and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. Mindfulness meditation helps you to just accept and enjoy the 'now' instead of fretting about what happened in the past, or worrying about what might happen in the future.
The other side of the meditation coin (and very similar imho) is self-hypnosis. Google "overcoming performance anxiety self-hypnosis script".
I used to be very 'into' hypnosis, but now see meditation as the more useful of the two techniques.
