Advice needed

    1. Just want to share my comdition
      Warlier i wasnt able to abstain for than 2 days but from 1 month i am amble to abstain but only for 5 days on the 5th day usually i am to alone and watching porm comes to my mind and thats it
      I am in my house all 24 hours of the day this may be one of the reason

    2. Today i watched porn for about 5 hours that made me masturbate .
      I reached a point where i had to masturbate no matter what and i was not able to find the right porn for the most time and had to relapse without getting aroused
      Help me

    I think most important is not to let go youself completely with a relapse. If you can't stay away of porn do at least regular sports oder meditation. After some days or weeks you will have the power to go on a long streak again.
    I just described my way to currently 129 days noPM, first 98 days noPMO. Maybe there are some strategies that can help you: (click for link)
    Heacy and regular sport was key for me. But you should only go as hard as you can train at least every second day. I alternate running with three split in the gym. After training I always do 20 minutes of stretching with yoga exercieses. In lockdown you can do HIIT workouts with an intervall timer, there a plenty of very good workouts on youtube. That gave me the power to start my curretn streak.
    The last week I reintroduced meditation combined with clasic yoga breathing (A kind of deep and slow breathing), that also helped a lot.

    Rediscover your passions. No matter what they may be. Anything that will soak up the extra time that you say leads to relapse will take you one step closer to success. Instead of allowing yourself to drift back into feeling like a victim face your problems head on with the attitude required to stop the behaviour. Think of this as a challenge. A challenge that is hard. A challenge that you are capable of. If you need to write about how you are beating the addiction every day on this forum so be it. Most guys on here fake it until they make it. The feelings of negativity associated with relapse build up, and keep you held down. Put your head down, be humble, and put in the grueling hours to make this happen. I believe in you brother. Good luck.

    Yes you can defeat this. Its going to take work though and you MUST ABSOLUTELY see PMO as PAIN NOT PLEASURE. Write down every single negative thing porn has done for you and then write down what you want to change. It's amazing how life gets better when pmo isn't in it!

    The answer depends on you. But it is possible.
    If you want this to be permanent, not just relapse and relapse over and over
    it would be good to find a permanent different thing to do in your life that
    you will believe is better than this life. A thing that will take your whole time
    and will not put you into a different unhealthy addiction.
    So ask yourself, what life would be better than this?

    The question is also, which religion is that you are religious in?

    My issue is that I have rather severe ADHD so it's hard for me to maintain focus on one thing at a time. I procrastinate a lot too. I have downloaded the CALM app to help me relax. I also love to listen to music on Pandora, Spotify, or iHeartRadio. It helps me a lot.

    mistake, sorry. Heavy workouts :)
    I mean endurance is essential, not only strengh/wight lifting. You can do that by using HIIT with cardio-exercieses every other intervall.

    The short answer is, yes you can. However, porn for you (like most of us on here) is serving a need. It's comforting, it makes you feel like you're in control in the moment, it's making you feel less lonely, etc.

    You need to find a way to satisfy that need some other way otherwise, it's only going to be temporary success.

    So what is His opinion on this addiction and the goal of life?

    Because you still have the desire to look at P

    take away the desire and the addiciton is gone

    Another analogy; can i abstain from eating raw onions for 90 days?

    Offcourse i could
    why wouldnt i? I have zero desire to eat raw onions

    You see you are the problem, your mindset

    Yes I agree, but...
    Some peoples' lives turn around this topic so much, that they don't have a different purpose
    in life and if you take it away, they get depressed etc. And then they get back or find a different
    destructive addiction. So it might be better to find a better replacement first.
    Some positive, good, healthy goal in life that will surpass this addiction.
    This way you replace the "life support", instead of removing it.

    Lord hanuman was a big worshiper of Lord RAMA ( whom you might know ) .
    His life teaches us to always help others and be postive and religious and every thing else in life will get in right place . Just thinking about him makes me feel really peacefull , Joyful, and calm inside at the same time .

    You are right my friend the main problem is that I don’t have a specific goal in life towards which i could work . But right now i am on day 3 and feeling really motivated and having 0 desire to watch porn
