Friends, I am most likely to be out of a regular gym attendance. All I shall maintain will be a decent series of dumbbell weights. I am decent enough with upper body routines with dumbbells, but I will be at a loss on legs/lower body without the gym machines. Besides running (which does not exactly gain the leg muscle I should wish), what sort of lower body routines can be done with dumbbells and/or no equipment? Thanks in advance for the advice. Because I work well with schedule & routines, these sorts of things would be greatly appreciated.
