    Hi, Sam here

Ok so I've been addicted to porn since I was about 11 and I have decided to quit. I've been trying for about six months, I'm currently on a 4 day streak and feeling good about genuinely quitting for the first time. The only thing is, I have my GCSE exams in just under a month. I know quitting porn earlier would have been a real help as I would be more concentrated, but I was wondering if I have left it too late? Should I hold off until after my exams? I am wondering this because I think if I carry on I will hit the flatline at the wrong time and feel tired etc in all my exams. What should I do?

Uhm I can understand your worries. How do you feel when you do not masturbate? How strong is your chaser effect?. I would recommend trying to quit right now otherwise you could start a vicious circle where you always pospone your recovery because of "X" reason.

Watching porn and fapping will only make your mind worse and it won't help with your studies. Somedays are gonna be difficult while avoiding PMO but you are better off this way than indulging in porn/fapping everyday.
