Advice Specific for P-Subs

Hi all,

I'm thankful that throughout my addiction, I never escalated to hardcore porn or penetration content. I've mainly stuck with p-subs (approx. 95-99%). However, I'm still trying to rid myself of this behavior. Me being a devout Christian, I wanna please God and be like Him as much as I can.

Some of the really good advice that I've found before doesn't/can't apply to me because of the nature of my addiction. Does anyone have advice or tips (religious or not) that can specifically apply to p-subs?
