Advice to funnel sexual energy into upper body? Meditation recommendation?

Honestly, lately, I've felt extreme urges, kegels have helped, you can do them anywhere, anytime.

 

You are wise to be doing this at a young age. This is called Urdhvaretu, or upward traveling by great yogis and RShis (sages) of India. Yes, this sexual energy is only the steam coming off the pot of boiling water that is the energy in kuNDalini Shakti which is hidden and sleeping in all living beings. Try to learn mUlabandha from someone. It is like the Kegel exercise but while the Kegel works on the gross muscles, mUlabandha works on the subtle prAnic body. But before you do that even, start to purify yourself with some prayer and devotion. In your post I see a lot of 'fuck' and 'shit' - why use these words ; perhaps you have learnt this is the "cool" way of speaking and writing. But if you truly seek to harness this energy and you do not purify your thinking, words and actions, the energy will wreck you. First get some respect for what you're dealing with. Otherwise, don't venture into this at all. The safer option is to get married and have sex with one's wife as and when it is ordained. That path will also yield the same results. But fapping gives neither. If you choose the inner and upwards path, start with devotion to Devi or the Divine Mother. But be prepared for great pain and great ecstasy. I completely understand. Thank you for taking it so positively. I wasn't trying to preach- I have so many impurities in myself who am I to even say this? But it just came out as a brotherly feeling for someone.

ISKCON can be a great community- kirtan, bhajan and seva are all so good.
