Affect of wetdreams on androgen receptors?

Hey Fapstronauts, there's been talk how fapping too much uses up androgen receptors therefore testosterone isn't being utilized properly. Do wetdreams have the same effect? I just cannot stop having them and I'm concerned it's setting back my receptor regeneration
