Yes, I finally gave up BUT I fapped without the help of porn and the orgasm seemed very close to the first orgasm in my life. Amazing. Since the last two days, I couldn't focus, the cravings were so strong, I couldn't work. Also the dreams.
FYI- I used to fap 2 times a day on a regular basis before.
I am not very much disappointed as my initial target was for 10 days. The benefits and confidence are amazing.
I plan to take this progress with me and shoot for 30 days from here. 13 days seem like easy but I would still need all of your support.

Thanks a ton to the website and all the boarders.

Boarders? And I can't say how you should express your sexuality but I can say we don't view the word amazing the same.

Its nothing to do with expressing sexuality, All I meant was fapping after a strict control of 17 days (which is nowhere close to the gold standard of 90 days) felt natural. I used to bust my nuts 3 times day, you can imagine the kind of self-fulfillment and motivation I have to continue

  4. Well done for your efforts! This small reset probably hasn't negated your progress, so I wouldn't count it as a relapse.

Speaking of reset, you've forgotten to reset your counter :)

Best of luck heading to your next goal.

Thanks, Should I even reset the counter?. I aim for 30 days from here and will keep extending as I meet my goals.
Journey up to 15 days is the toughest, I dont want to go through that psychological struggle again
    Whats your view?

Well, if you consider it giving up, then, yes, you should reset. It doesn't matter how you felt afterwards - in the end, it was a relapse. Certainly, your brain didn't get enough time to heal.

  7. Yes, you should reset. (Note that a reset isn't the same as a relapse.)

Your counter says 17 days no-PMO. That's clearly false, as you did MO today. You want to set an example to those who come after you.

If you want to only do no-P, then you should change your badge accordingly.
