As i said, sorry. Wasnt my intention to offend anyone.
I appreciate your story mate. You said that it wouldn’t help everyone on this site and that it might help the people who suffer from the same problems as you do.
You didn’t mean to encourage anyone watching porn. At least I didn’t feel that way.
I’m happy for you that you found a solution to your problem! Congratulations bro.
As long as your report is true it's valuable. I can't see how anybody could be offended.
In regards to relaxing the pelvic floor, did you perform any exercises?
Bro, yes this is the forum which says porn is bad, because if people dont see porn then they will never reach a condition like yours, and also if damage is less or most of the time reversible then if nofap is properly followed, you will had definately healed. I cant believe you said in favor of porn, instead of the fact that you faced this situation because of porn. and your case is really serious ED from 5 years, and now you did nofap for 9 months only, and i dont know wheather you were true to yourself during that time or not or you didnt fapped but kept on imagining those things, and what category of nofap were you following hard mode or some other. Bro, I dont know who was that person who ruined your life by introducing porn in your life, but the main point is that it was all because of porn. You should hate such a thing, and should have followed nofap as a lifestyle doesnt matter wheather you get healed or not, but if porn has given you ED, then it can also make condition worse. The benefits you gained from other sources can go away in a week, if you still watched porn.
Yes. Just used some relax pelvic floor videos on YouTube
I think I came across very badly but what i am trying to enphasize here is that i am not advocating for porn, nor against it. All i am saying is because a theory sounds good does not neccesarily mean is 100 x cent true. Granted there are peoplw hooked to porn and they need to get over that. Of course. All i am saying is many people are here because of Ed too and Ed is a very complex problem but as such it has to be treated with complex answers. That simply means porn induces ed an if you have ed is them because of porn that is a very bold statement. I was about to commit suicide because this was really affecting me. Truth is i figured out where the issue lied. No doctor, no sex therapist nor nofapastrinaut could answer my issues. What i wanted to convey here is beware with generaluzations. And porn as any other thing in life might become your worst nightmare, but that does not mean porn is to blame in many cases.
Sorry bro, for that harsh language, actually i misunderstood what you wanted to convey through that article. But actually many of the cases of ED are caused due to porn and can still be recovered so instead of saying that it wont work, why dont you say in your post that "if you have tried everything and still no results, then try to include these things with your nofap journey", in this way people will not be directly against you or you can also convey it in form of a story that "when nofap was also not able to heal me, at that time these things worked out", i am saying so because here many people are trying to quit this addiction and only one comment against nofap may break someone's belief or someone may give up, because their brain wants to trick them somehow to take them back to their old habit, from which they are fighting, and you also deserve my respect because you were able to follow nofap till 9 months, since you have successfully done this, you know how easy it is to get slipped. Afterall your main aim was to help others that's why you shared your experience, but it may help someone but hurts most of the fapstronauts belief, most people come to this part of the forum to read success stories to get motivated about nofap. I hope you understand, and once again sorry for talking to you like that.
I have PE should i also relax pelvic floor muscles? Reason for pe is quick masturbation . Can anyone help plz
There's definitely something in this. Apart from anything else, relaxing your pelvic floor feels good as hell!
From my personal experience as soon aa my blood flow was impaired i got PE too. If i took medication blood flow greatly improved and PE disappeared. By the way, medication works not only by making vessels wider but by relaxing pelvic floor too. So there must be a correlation too
Can blood flow improve by fruits and diet? I can't take medicines
Definitely diet is important in blood flow. Onions, beetroot, berries, meat, oats , coriander, watermelon ,and in general a jgood balanced diet definitely help. Eat well, exercise, relax pelvic floor. That at least in my case solved all my issues.
I also saw that l citruline supplements helped at some point. Not taking tjem now
Bro I kind of believe his story. Fapping makes your pelvic muscle tight and blocks bloodflow that is why some of us are on drugs. The drugs just expand the blood vessels in the area which have been narrowed by tightening. So if we stop PMO and exercise and eat well and have a positive Mind set, we will be on our way to healing. He didn't need to add the last part of his message but I think I agree with him. Kegels were surprisingly making me cum fast with my ex and I didn't understand why. Now I know if I relax my muscles and excercise things will change.
will surely try pelvic relaxing for a week.....and will respond after that
Not fapping is the first step. Fapping tightens blood vessels and muscles. By not fapping you are slowly relaxing your muscles and blood vessels
Bro i too have similar symptoms but I'm confused about my pelvic floor muscles. I got hard erections while sitting but as soon as I stand up it goes soft.. please tell me how djd you figure out that you had a tense pelvic floor?
You're motivating me because I also think my problem with erections is more related to pelvic floor muscles than Porn
You found any improvements?
Mind explaining how you relaxed your pelvic floor? Workout routine? Whatever it was, just curious.
i tried for 5-6 days and left due to business....i can positively say it helps....i need to do it for longer time, next time
