I'm wondering after I obtain a full reset, do you think it might be possible to again have the occasional PMO session?

Is it possible to have, say PMO once a month or so without undoing the benefit of the reset?

    What has been your experience?

In Answering your question, I'll try to break it down into different parts.
    1. There is no designated time frame for a "Full Reset". A Full Reset is solely dependent on your own personal experience, some people recover really quickly and some can go beyond a year. So I suggest that you start documenting your journey so that you can measure your progress with others and to see how fast you are recovering. You can also check; www.yourbrainonporn.com for more experiences on the phases of rebooting, such as withdrawal symptoms and the flatline period. Also, documenting will also help in the case of a relapse as you can thus determine your triggers and can thus prevent a future relapse. Another reason that you should document is that, your data and journey can help future noFappers on the road to recovery.
    2. From a logical point of view, you shouldn't go back to PMO. After all, you are on NoFap to kick the habit, right? Therefore, when you have fully recovered you should not go back to the habit that brought you here. It's the mind's way of tricking you back into the habit, i believe they call it "rationalization".
    3. In your journey to recovery, the time you spent with PMO will be replaced with new and constructive habits. I strongly implore you to do so, this will make the journey much more easier (eg. reading, spending time with friends or family or can even go as developing a serious committed relationsip with someone you like). My Point is, don't go back to PMO, replace the habit.

I agree completely. Everything here is exactly correct. Btw, I love your avatar @dontwasteadrop . You can't survive all your problems alone. Sometime you just need a little Juggernog!

Well, it just a matter to think: it really worth the risk? Based in what people says here, obviously not.

Its total rationalization, no doubt. Makes me think... Could an alcoholic have a social drink?... Probably not.

No. The addiction will come back faster. Like a heroin addict stopping for a year and than taking a hit.
    Not good

You will know when you have fully rebooted when this question doesn't even enter your mind and when the thought of PMO is not even interesting anymore. You'd rather watch paint dry.
