After so much researchs, what's bad and what's good about NoFab

    Hey guys, I am here for a couples of weeks, I have been trying to abandon PMO, I have doing to much researchs here and there and I want to emphasis my point of view about what's good and what's bad, the life has not only black and white colours,

    I know alot of guys suffer from PIED and its real cuz simply u would used to HIGH VERY HIGH level of arousal which will not meet it in real life, and its temporary your brain can readjust by Repooting..
    BUT you don't have to abandon EVERYTHING..

    a) whats bad and you have to avoid for good:
    1)watching PORN even vanilla porn cuz that would lead you to hardcore.. Etc
    2)fantasy about porn movies or porn stars or things would not be easy to be in real
    3)of course stop mastrubate to porn and Porn fantasy
    4)Instagram and apps that show semi-porn materials

    b) whats good and even healthy
    1) mastrubate in moderate like 2 to 3 times a week but with only sensation (avoid porn fantasy)
    2)Sexual fantasy about real women in YOUR LIFE not actress nor Instagram models.. Etc
    3) Sexual chat with girlfriend it's OKAY ! And even if she send you nude pics she is your girlfriend not a PORN star she is real in your life, just don't mastrubate to them keep your semen and orgasm for her, that will make you desire her ALOT;)

    remember THE PORN IS THE REAL PROBLEM!

Personally i do not agree with fantasizing at all, and i do not believe men should masturbate at all, the body naturally relieves itself through nocturnal emissions and also by having real intimate sex, dont masturbate and throw all the energy and nutrients away like its nothing, save it, use it, give it to your other half.

    Fantasy about real women is so healthy what I mean here:
    1) a girl who u love or like not evey girl walking on street for sure
    2)not all the time but at free time when for example in bed

    About masturbation. It's so healthy if someone has not partner and when doing in moderate plus with sensation, doing when you really need it to release, plus also with light grip, with that u will not need to do it everyday, I tried that way 3 days ago and I stayed so calm till today, but if it done with fantasy or porn you will be addicted to it.
