    Discovered masturbation then and continued until now, age 74 - a life filled with guilt, shame, fear, anger, frustration. Essentially no relationships, intimate or otherwise, which is strange, since I'm really a nice guy. Porn use has crowded out any other interest.

    Hi there @oldyopmo welcome aboard!

    It's not too late, really. I myself am 40+ (by a lot) and a new world is opening up for me now. Take a look at my own journey underneath my icon to the left.

    All the best - consider joining the NoFap group sessions, they are very helpful, and also get an accountability partner. Do not try to overcome a long-time PMO habit on your own, you are just setting up yourself for failure. Here's a list BTW of some tools I wrote up a few weeks ago.
