As the title suggests,

Single and happy go lucky. I'm getting a lot of female attention and some girls, past acquaintances and new, are really intimating they want sex or to mess around with me.

My main goals with NoFap: semen retention, dopamine reset, be more connected, feel more, motivation etc.

Should I just pinch myself and turn them down? I feel if I had sex I wouldn't be able to not cum....I'm sure this question comes up a lot.

it kinda depends on ur goals and past. I would say don't chase the experience of sex with women if u have already had sex a handful of times and if ur goals are more important. Because what u said doesnt sound like relationships or a real connection. Altho some girls just wanna fck first but keep in mind sex isnt just pleasure or breaking streak. It can give u chaser effect ( where u want to masturbate and watch porn more than usual after sex) Ur also risking drama, stds and pregnancy.

Thats not to say if u find someone u really like and they want to move forward on sex u should avoid it. Keep in mind be aware of if u actually want to connect with someone or if their hotness is just tugging at ur mating brain lol.

Anyway TL DR I suggest u finish ur 90 days. After that u can see who stuck around beyond wanting some D lol. I met my gf during my monk mode and even dated but didn't have sexual relations till much later. U dont want easy sex. You want to be the best person u can be and then attract someone worth while.
 
Disclaimer: Nofap isnt anti-sex but many members from experience will tell u finish ur reboot first. Women can derail you and then you derail yourself more. There will always be women attracted to u around especially if ur practicing nofap.
 
When you finish 180 or 360 suddenly you will find women easy on you.
If you have important goals, go for your goals first.

Women will be turned off if they can wick you out of your goals.

Why not be head on with some of hear women and Be like actually I would like to take you out for dinner and have a go at a non sexual relationship like he good old days. If she sticks around with you the intimacy will be better and if not the attractive company will Ben a pancea for your urges. Assuming of course you can just do drinks/dinner and go home.

Even if she's suggesting sex quite soon dosent mean she wouldn't Be up for none - she might think it's what you want and wants to please you. In fact fairly likely

That's actually what a good friend of mine suggested, just use that overwhelming drive to take them out for coffee or dinner. Good call.
 
I think a healthy way to reboot would be through having sex no? I mean that's the point right rewireing your brain to natural rewards like real sex.

So I would say go have fun dude!
 
Why not have sex and do nofap? I think its not a problem as long as you are feeling good, having fun and enjoying it. You can even tell her about nofap. If she bitches around then walk away.
