    Alcohol and NoFap.

    The most common effect is double vision, or blurry vision, brought on by heavy drinking. This occurs as a result of weakened eye muscle coordination as alcohol is a depressant, slowing your reaction times and impairing coordination.

    Alcohol makes it easier to have sexual urges.

    alcohol is definitely a no go when it comes to nofap, I always relapse when I drink, and when I consider drinking the urge to pmo always follows.

    Alcohol is only allowed in new year's eve, and maybe your birthday.
    That's what my religion says.

    Alcoholism.
    Nah being serious, is a made up saying and rule of mine based on the principle "twice a year is not a big deal" to allow myself to indulge yet keep me in check throughout the rest of time.
