Alien covenant

going to watch it tonight. Is it any good?

 

It's watchable but also very annoying stupid decisions and bad cgi I wouldn't choose to watch it again

 

This movie was bad, in the take a classic and remake it superficially style of bad. It didn't make me as mad as say, Ghost in the Shell, but it's still cultural vandalism

 

Thought it was really bad. Really bad. Not scary (they show the Alien in advance of the kills? why?), not half as smart as it thinks it is, and that flute scene was a disastrous idea. One of my least favourite movies I've seen so far this year, I think.

 

I was greatly let down by the movie, but that's mostly my fault for going in with high expectations. The franchise should have stopped with Aliens, everything after that has been a train wreck.

 

it looked like the original alien movie with more hollywood cliches

 

It had a bunch of answers to questions nobody asked.
