Alone for the weekend

    My wife is out of town for the weekend visiting one of the kids. Typically this would afford me a nonstop fapfest, not to mention other indiscretions. Thanks to NoFap and this wonderful community I'm dealing quite well. If something enters my mind that would trigger a relapse I'm quickly changing the subject - not going there.
    So far, so good!

    Yes, being home alone is often a Cue or trigger.

    But every time you do not respond to the Cue, The association get weaker

    Awesome. A stranger you may be, yet I'm sitting here feeling genuinely happy for you. When I have a non-busy day I try to stay out of the house as much as possible. It's much harder to fap in a crowded cafe than in bed on your laptop.

    Thanks Irish, and good advice. My wife gets home Tuesday so I've planned a few projects I'm excited to complete.
    I'm not so sure we are strangers. I feel like we are very good friends sharing our dark secrets, and helping each other like good friends do. We've just never met face to face.
