    Hi,

    I am new to Nofap Forum.
    Last saturday I decided it was enough. My relationship with my GF is suffering from my addiction.
    The intimite moments we spend together are not as good as they used to be.
    Over the last few days I have been reading a lot, cleared my computer and installed parental control on my devices.

    My Goal: July 21 => national holiday in Belgium and my 90 day milestone
