Am I doing better?

    Hi Guys.
    Since i started nofap from January this year, i don't know am i going better or no.Before this every second day (sometimes everyday) i Masturbated for 15 years.Now i still have a lot relapses(maybe max 6 in a month) but i managed these last 2 months to cut down the number only to 4 times, sex only, no Porn, no self pleasure. In 30 days this number is very hard for me , but i think its better, or maybe im going on better. The things i achieved are:
    - brain fog is gone, im focused on things like never before.On work im 100% active.
    - random boner in mornings, on work , i dont know is that okay,
    - wet dreams are killing me
    - heart palpitations and arrthymia still here.



    I was ok with palps small period of two weeks , had sex 3 days ago, and now i have them on smallest exertion. Is dopamine craving?


    The sex is great, 2 minutes and bam. Feel like a kid who never had sex.

    Your opinions, am i doing better or ?

  2. Seems like your recovery is going well so far, your decrease amount of relapses is a sign of progress. Recovery isn’t uphill. It’s a rollercoaster that can take you everywhere good and bad but the good thing is your confronting and are overcoming a problem that has been with you for quite a while. Your doing good man keep moving foward :)

    Thank you Bro. The Anxiety is lower than before, im starting not to be on the edge, but every relapse cost me arrythmia and skipped beats. I have heart palpitations with years due to stress and anxiety, but with one relapse they are very big. 2 days i have POTS Tachycardia when im standing up, and i feel tired. Thank you for your support and words.
     
  4. Definitely isn’t a good feeling, which is why it’s important for you to learn habits of relaxing, try out the app “Calm” or “Aura” there really good meditation apps that helped me during stressful times aswell :)
