Thanks for your input. But I must be honest, I have no idea what you meant.

Are you implying I need to get a job to stay away from PMO? I indeed do have a full time job

Taking it one day at a time and everyday without fapping is a win is very true though.

  2. Absolutely not too late friend. I started at age 6 (six!!!) and I'm making huge progress nonetheless ten years later. There are people on this site over 60 who have been in PMOs grip for decades; it's never too late.

Thank you! It feels like such slow progress. Especially when it comes to checking out women in public. It’s like a instant reaction I can’t hardly contorl. Which then can lead to anxiety and urges.

Glad to hear your making progress! I would say I have as well. But no where close to what I wish I could be.

It can get a lot worse than stress and anxiety.

As a 20 year + PMO addict I can tell you first hand that physical symptoms will hit you as well on top of the mental stuff.

The sooner you start your healing process the better!

Heck yes you are not kidding. I have been doing it for 20 years or so myself up until almost 2 years ago I was doing it daily sometimes 2, or even 3 times. But on average at least once.

What are some of the symptoms you have experienced? How long have you been trying to abstain
