What you can easily do is, I suppose, do some sports, join a gym or train in a fitness group, go running in the park to relax your mind, just go running, it really helped me when I was in a low low point in my life. Eat healthy, sleep enough. Pay attention to personal hygiene and dress nicely. Stop fapping and porn it will suck the life out of you.

 

Maybe also look at your moral compass ? you got to stand for something in this life, you got to have morals, my advice is take a look at christianity, it has really helped me with my moral compass.
