Well, Penile M without P, It's OK, occasionally. You don't have the shame and low energy thing. It's normal. Anal M with P, Yes, I often feel shame, low energy and so on. But Anal M without P, I think that I never tried. But, with time, I feel one thing with Anal M with P: passive-agressive behaviours.
