I can get angry and frustrated towards others or in routines of every day life very often. It's part of the process I guess. It helps to remind myself that I'm a good person (Love thy neighbour, lead by example). Or other thought & advices (which we're given to me) like: 'Live in the present' 'You're not the most important person in the world'. (I'm just a little rock. I'll be a big rock someday. Breathe in. Breathe out. Ignore the feeling of punching someone who in your opinion deserves it.) But that doesn't men you can straighten your back and give some realtime truth or comments. How you see it. Mixed with a positive joke, and defuse the situation and laugh together. Anyway, that works for me.
