    Past several days, I have relapsed in a big way. Had a dream last night that I was looking at porn on work computer and was caught and would be fired. Today, I found that my patience with people was very low. I have been on edge and irritated by little things. Why do I continue to do this to myself? This explains my behavior in general. The anger and irritation had gotten better. Now I understand why it was so escalated when I was doing PMO for years, daily.
