I am 17 years old and have just started a reboot because I have always had porn indused ED but never realized that was the cause until a few days ago. I keep hearing that the reboot will rewire your brain but I am wondering how that would work for someone like me. I have been watching porn from such a young age that my first boners were from porn and never from real life girls to begin with. I have had sex multiple times and done other sexual activities but I do not know if that is enough for the rewire? If anyone could help me with this information it would be greatly appreciated.

But however urges are sometimes attacking even if you are focused on something else, when i got rid of those 1% foods which increases urges and started enjoying 99% other beautiful foods it became so much easyer for me ^_^
