Been on the NoFap journey since about April of 2018(about 9 month journey) I've had some up and downs with still my longest streak being only about 15 days ....I am on medication as I know a lot people on here are as in anti-depressants etc .. Just give your guys a quick tip, make sure youu taking the medication right.....I'm currently on day 8 and I had my medication actually up a dose just a little bit Because I was on the same dose for bout 2 yyears (long story short) when I ask to up the medication I had hit a major relaspe with Nofap... So I did some research and comes to find out I was taking medication wrong I'm suppose to take it about 10-12 hours apart (two times a day ) but with me I was taking medication about 6-8 hours apart.....as soon as I was taking the medication correctly I instantly was back on track with the NoFap program......so if you take medication or any medicine at all just make sure you do your research on how to take it and best time to take it.
