Anxiety and Can't concentrate after pmo

    Anyone have issues with concentration and memory within the first couple days after pmo.

    No motivation can't focus short term memory problems and some lingering anxiety .....

    Always after pmo. Can't get anything done the day I pmo. On of the main reasons why I'm on nofap.
