Anxiety at job

    I am at work and I am feeling anxiety. The heat is especially intense in here and it makes it hard to breathe. It also makes me have to go to the bathroom too much and adds to my unability to breathe. Writing in here helps with the anxiety.

    I used to be anxious. The further you get into your streak, the less anxious you'll be.

    Unfortunately, I have relapsed a few times after my 9 month streak...
