This thread is going to be created for fapstronauts wanting to share their stories of anxiety, panic, depersonalization, brain fog, depression, migraines, and any other stressful and scary withdrawals they’re having. Please be supportive of your fellow Fapstronauts. Thank you.

Found it! Actually forced myself to walk on a treadmill fairly briskly for 30 mins. Anxiety today is down from debilitating to shitty. Man, how long can the insomnia/anxiety crap go on! My counter has z different number than my tracking, but I'm somewhere just over 2 months. Had a good streak there for 7-8 days, but now back to bad. It's weird, but the anxiety is WAY worse now for longer, than it was at the beginning of my journey. I'm aiming for some progress by 120 days...please, God, just a littld relief.

No problem man! And as for today my anxiety was absolutely debilitating. The depersonalization has been fucking with me a lot lately. I just upped my game to hard mode after a nice weekend with the SO. It’s been hitting me hard. Just keep pushing!

You too. It still blows me away how bad this actually makes me feel. I retired early so no job to go to. I can't friggen IMAGINE doing this crap and working too. Although being home alone blows too. No temptations, really, just SO lonely...

As much as it sucks sometimes you have to force yourself to go out even when you feel the least comfortable. I’ve been doing it lately to try and manage my symptoms while I’m not at home. The best thing you can do is not fear your symptoms and remind yourself that this feeling is only temporary and your symptoms CANT and WILL NOT harm you. Even the worst panic attacks subside! I speak from experience

I'd rather buy a magic pill, lol. I have a bunch of collectors cars and for me, spending sll day working on a car, friends cars etc works really well for me. I have a warm and fuzzy ptsd component too. It's hard sometimes getting around crowds. I don't think I've ever had social anxiety, I used to give lectures in 300 seat lecture halls, it's the, to semi-quote you, "losing my shit" feeling I don't like...

I’m with you on the losing my shit part. Out of all my symptoms that one has to be the most challenging to face day in and day out by far. My therapist has shown me a few ways to cope with these feelings as they’re symptoms caused by anxiety.

I've been deep breathing, re-reading our posts, etc. Loud noises set me sideways sometimes. The anxiety is really new to me. I'm 50, and this is the first time ever for me. How long have you dealt with it?

I knew you were young, but a wise man nonetheless. I've had any mental issues, ever, until quitting this crap. My UROLOGIST TOLD ME TO DO IT A FEW YEARS AGO! The ignorance of the medical community is huge. My primary care foc fidn't believe me for over 2 weeks. I found this site when putting in my symptoms. Before that, I spent those 2+ weeks really believing I WAS losing my shit. Horrible feeling. Finding this community was a Godsend. I had this epiphany, "Holy shit! I'm in withdrawals!"

Didn't know I was addicted at the time. Like I said, the medical community is 10 years behind the curve, for sure...

Yeah I’m going hard mode starting tomorrow. Me and my SO just decided to have sex and I feel awful panic attack 15 minutes after. I think I need hard mode even though I haven’t used porn or masturbated in a month.

Dang man. Fight through it. I haven't had an attack today. Tightness in the chest and a bit breathless, but keeping it in check. You can do this.

I appreciate the support man. Just an awful day. Anxiety and brain fog are crazy today. Also some headaches and shit but I’m just about to take a bath or something and call it an early night

I know I've said it before, Camomile tea really drops me. 1/2 hour before bed while reading a PAPERBACK book. We all can do this. I've had that tight ball in my chest today, but no attack. Stay strong man, it won't kill you as you've told me before. It just blows. Big time.

Oh, yeah. Gotta LOVE the headache. I've got a ringing in my ears. Had it a long time, but not loud. Sucks much.
