Anxiety since 6 years old (PMO effect?)

Hi, i suffer from a lot of stress and anxiety since 6 years old. Stress really affected me physically (stomach pain, palpitations,etc). At the age of 20 i suffered from my first panic attack and beacuse of that reason i went to a psychiatrist and now i'm taking antidepressants (one of them is setraline. This drug destroyed my libido). Now i feel stable but these drugs affect my sexual activity.
Moreover, i was in PMO since that age (6 years old) and i was a PMO addict (PMO 3 to 4 times a day). Now i'm in no PMO hard mode ( 16 days) and i feel better but antidepressants make this challenge easy for me.
My questions are:
¿PMO provoked this severe anxiety?
If a leave antidepressants, will my recovery be better?
Now i'm 22 years and i don't know if my ED is provoked by antidepressants or PMO or both.
