Anxiety

Hey everyone. I'm new to NoFap and I want to try to reboot my sexual behaviours.

I do however have a question about what eventually brought me here. I've been fapping since the age of 12 and I'm now 23. Sometimes it can be up to 4 times a day however my fapping has high an low periods. I do also have a partner an we do have sex. It does however sometimes feel just like getting rid of an urge rather than actually connecting on a deeper level.

My actual question is about anxiety. I am constantly anxious about basically nothing. I just always have an underlying anxiety which affects my sleep a lot. And sometimes I feel that if I fap ill be able to sleep and it seldom works. I feel my anxiety gets worse as I fap less.

Can my anxiety be related to fapping?
