    i am struggling with anxiety. Suggestions?

    I have been distracting myself with music and Netflix but I can’t do that without internet access on the plane.

    Anxiety is horrible, I’m sorry.

    One thing I have used is square breathing- breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, breathe out for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, repeat.

    Feel better.

    Thinking good, peaceful, motivational, healthy thoughts and remembering good memories or thinking of where you're going and what you'll do once arriving..who you'll see and what you'll talk about..
    hehe books save me on a plane, also writing on a plane can help..or drawing..? Sleeping and daydreaming help me too.

    I mock my own anxiety. It seems to be somewhat effective.
