    Hey, is there anyone who got cured from anxiety, depression, gad by doing nofap? if yes.. after how many days?

    There is no "cure" for anxiety or depression. They can be managed and certainly one can make great improvements with professional help. Quitting porn & PMO would probably be a good factor, but it's not a cure. Millions of people have anxiety and depression and are not addicted to PMO.
