Any advice on avoiding wet dreams?

With all the heat of this summer, I found that sleeping with no underwear (and on top of the bed) is a good way to avoid wet dreams. They happens also because during the sleep-phase, the P is over-sensible, so underwear or bed sheets may rub against it and increase the risk ot wet dreams. Well, I guess you can do this only if you don't have other people around.
 
Wet dreams are actually a good sign of recovery, they just be difficult sometimes, pay attention not to relapse after a wet dream

I don't have a problem with relapsing after a WD just that they bring up unwanted fantasies which is very concerning and drain semen which is vital for neurological system recovery.
 
Take Amla powder with turmeric powder ( ratio of 3:1) daily 2 hours before bed. And milk should not be consumed 2 hours prior or later when you consume this. This is an Ayurvedic remedy to once & for all stop wet dreams. I too did this with 100% success. Do try !
 
i was wondering do wet dreams come randomly or is there a specific amount of days you’re supposed to get them? i just got mine at my 49th day but there other streaks where i got them as early as 11 days.

weird part about my most recent one is i got it twice in 1 night. woke up, had to change my underwear, and woke up again and had another one.

Don't fantasize before going to bed. It's best to stop fantasizing completely.

It's been ap problem for me but I haven't recognized a pattern of having WDs after fantasies during the day.
 
Stop watching social media (for real, which are the REAL benefits of it? xd), specially female social media content. And yeah don't look to the sexual parts of a woman IRL if you can avoid it better.

Also learn about SR transmutation. If you don't do physical exercise, you should consider creating a routine. (Ex: going to the gym and set-up a gym workout plan)
 
one thing you can do is catch yourself in dream before you ejaculate, I've been actually able to do this after some time when I'm realizing when I'm about to in sexual dreams. another is prayer and God will listen.
 
you may have tight pelvic floor with pentup sexual energy accumulated that is making it easier to WD. I'd suggest working on pelvic floor relaxation exercises (reverse Kegel) and energy circulation practices (testicle breathing, microcosmic orbit circulation, chi-gong, etc).
 
I get wet dreams 3 to 4 a month I don't know what to do I get them sometimes day after day I think it hurts my recovery what to do
 
Guys i think i have realised a few things that affect the frequency of my wet dreams. One is drinking coffee past 3 or 4 pm, another eating past 10-10.30 pm, using screens right before sleeping and having fantasies that you can't control immediately as they pop up during the day, and especially at night. If a day is overall stressful I found that is also a big risk factor. I'm not sure how i will mitigate all of these but recognising them is a good start i believe.
