Wet dreams are actually a good sign of recovery, they just be difficult sometimes, pay attention not to relapse after a wet dream
weird part about my most recent one is i got it twice in 1 night. woke up, had to change my underwear, and woke up again and had another one.
Don't fantasize before going to bed. It's best to stop fantasizing completely.
Bro, I have a question, how often do you have wet dreams?Guys i think i have realised a few things that affect the frequency of my wet dreams. One is drinking coffee past 3 or 4 pm, another eating past 10-10.30 pm, using screens right before sleeping and having fantasies that you can't control immediately as they pop up during the day, and especially at night. If a day is overall stressful I found that is also a big risk factor. I'm not sure how i will mitigate all of these but recognising them is a good start i believe.
