I feel like I can't do almost anything. Everywhere I go - triggers. I am in the stage where I can afford only few of them and not big ones if I am to succeed.
    Few examples:
    1) Books. I found it's recommended to found new hobbies while doing no PMO. I have always wanted to read more so I started with the books that are in the list for the literature exam am taking half a year from now. First Styron - Sophies choice - lot of erotic parts (basicly without a reason). Then I read another 2 books that were in the list - both had sexual parts in them. I feel like modern lit. is doomed for me.
    2) Youtube -I think i don't have to say anything here.
    3) Tv/ tv shows/movies (anime included) - same
If I don't forbid myself looking on these media I usually end up in google images, reddit, social media searching for erotic stuff. I feel like pornblocker just cannot work cause erotic stuff's everywhere - whole internet is just one big time bomb. On the other hand I need to be online cause we have distant learning since the epidemic got worse here. Another thing is am curently in quarantine so I can't go out at all.
Isn't here at least some list of things that are safe to read/watch? Should I pick up older literature (like the Greek one for instance, I dont like mediaval lit. at all) for that exam - is it safer?

Of course, I’m no expert, but I have plenty of years of experience failing and relapsing because I sought out something supposedly “innocent” that then led me to relapse on harder stuff.

There are plenty of novels that don’t have anything erotic, but it’s hard to tell before you read one. An great exception would be stuff from prior to the 1960s, including a lot of great stuff from the 19th century. Non-fiction such as history, biography and current events won’t be erotic and can be very interesting to read. Also your idea of Greek classics is great.

Unfortunately, as you note, today’s TV, etc., can be tough. Stick with sports

My main triggers were social media (instagram) and drugs, which were addictions in themselves. I had to give up the entire package.

First, you can read books without triggers. I personally feel that self-improvement books are great and they have no triggers in them. I highly recommend anything from Brene Brown or Dennis Meritt Jones. Don't waste your time on YouTube. As far as TV shows go, you can't go wrong with any of the NCIS series. My wife loves what I call "murder porn" like Dateline on NBC on Friday nights. Most social media, including Reddit, have some level of pornographic images or videos on them. If you are going to use Reddit, make sure you unjoin all porn subreddits. Substitute them for mental gain. There is some excellent computer-related subreddits. After you unjoin all of the porn subreddits (they call them NSFW related subreddits) then go to your settings and look under feed settings and click off adult content as well as click ON the safe browsing setting. The safe browsing option means that if any porn related stuff gets through in Reddit. Then you can safely browse Reddit. Also, you have a choice of what to do about your browser's search engine. You can EITHER go to Google.com's settings and turn ON the feature called SafeSearch OR you can go to swisscows.com and bookmark and use Swisscows as your browser's search engine. Do all of this and your chances of eliminating your addiction will go way up. Good luck!

I have taken a sabbatical from Instagram but I go on it from time to time in order to unfollow the accounts that have triggering pictures. I do it when I feel strongest. I'm on Facebook and I do not see much porn on there. I'm not on Twitch so I have no clue what it is about. I AM on Twitter and recently, I've seen a lot of women posting nude pictures on there. I report those posts when I see them and then block them. I'm flummoxed as to these women because they know the rules then knowingly break them. If those women want to post nudes, put them on OnlyFans, and leave the rest alone. I hope this helps a little.

Thanks for your advices guys, i will do my best to apply them.
By the way I have started reading Faust and then I will probably read Moliere's - The Imaginary Invalid. Also am exersing and learning more so I don't mind that much that I forbade myself all the sites causing problems - at least for now. But as you @FoundTheFreedom said, I will log in only while feeling strong (if I still feel need to).

Keep in mind I said that I only log in to Instagram when I'm feeling strong. You can log on to nofap forums when you are feeling very strong urges as when you read other peoples' posts and see what they are going through and if you feel you have something to add, you can comment on peoples' posts. I'm not sure what sites you have forbidden yourself from. I don't go on Reddit very often, I'm on a sabbatical from Instagram. I am on Facebook a lot but when I noticed a female posts risque pictures of themselves, I decline their friend request or unfriend them. Twitter has become a landmine of porn so when I go on there and I see porn images, I immediately report them and then move on. This has been pretty rare so far to see porn on Twitter. On Reddit, the day before I began my no pmo streak, I unjoined all porn subreddits and then went to settings and toggled the "blur NSFW posts" and toggled off "Show NSFW posts". I then joined educational subreddits and, for the most part, that has blocked porn from that site. I hope some of this helps you. Best wishes on your no pmo journey.
