So, I think the title sums it up fairly well, but I will give a brief explanation as to why I'm asking. I was never any good at sports throughout school, and the fact that I was excluded from sports games for that reason only seemed to make me feel further behind. I would like to change that now. I'm sure it doesn't help that I've subjected myself to years of late nights due to porn and edging, but I just feel so slow. I hope some of that will go away as I gain more energy from the lack of PMO, but I would like to work on it anyway. I started a martial arts class a few months ago with a friend, and I just find that although most of the people there haven't been doing it long, their coordination is way better, they learn moves quicker and they can react faster. Other than practice, is there any more specific advice anyone could give?
