    Hi there,

I’m new to NoFap and happy to be here. This is my first official post and just wanted to get some input and advice on sustaining. And have any of you guys experienced any improvements since rebooting? Thanks!

    Welcome amigo.

And it is not only a welcome to the forum, but to a new life.

You've made a very brave decision by taking this path in order to get rid of an addiction. Porn and masturbating are as though as any drug addiction so you have to take it seriously if you want reboot. Most people are not even aware that they are actually addicted, and most are not strong enough to even consider getting rid of it even if they realize they are addicted.

I hope you'll find all the answers and guidance here, this is a great community and it helped me a lot just like many other fapstronauts.

My advice is that you should start keeping a journal, note your actions in order to understand the pattern that causes you to watch porn. You have to understand yourself truly and completely just like how a doctor would like to get to know his patient before treatment. You are both the patient and the doctor.

One more advice; it's not a sprint but a marathon. Be wise, stay dedicated and patient.

    It's well worth it.

    Good luck.

  3. Hey man,

I'm also new here. I'm on NoFap for 14 days now and noticed that I'm feeling a lot better and want to do things!
I don't know why, but I also have a lot more energy.

    Keep it up!
